I ordered fully custom dressage boots from Petrie in July. October my boots arrived, but one was the wrong size. Sent back. “Fixed” boots arrive in Feb - now one boot is a foot size larger and two sizes too small in the calf. WTH Petrie?!? I thought the $1500 price tag might mean care and quality but I’m just bitterly disappointed and have no guarantee that I will have dress boots by JUNE. Disgraceful. Do not buy from Petrie!!!
