Read through our return policies for more information on our return process and eligibility.
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
Please Note: SALE items are not applicable for refund, only for store credit or exchange. All LAST CALL items are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Return, Exchange, or Refund.
The item(s) must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be Regular price or Sale merchandise.
- The item price must be $10 or more before tax.
- Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.
- Include a DETAILED note indicating preferred option (store credit, exchange or refund).
- Include original order number, receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returned within 14 days of delivery.
If you return an item that is worn, damaged, stained, or does not have the original hang tag attached, your return will be rejected, and you will not be refunded. If we receive the used item Our Customer Service team will notify you via email and give you two options:
- The item can be re-shipped to you at your cost.
- The item can be donated to a local horse rescue or charity of our choice.
If we do not receive a response within 7 business days, we will assume you prefer option 2.
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees for returns. We cover the return shipping for exchanges within the proper exchange period. After 14 business days, the customer is responsible for return shipping for exchanges.
All LAST CALL items are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Return, Exchange, or Refund.
Any item purchased for $10 or less is FINAL SALE and not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
- Helmets
- Petrie Boots
- Gift Cards
- Horse care products such as fly spray etc.
- Leather care products
- Neachai Products
We work diligently to get returns processed as quickly as possible. Typically, when an item is received in our Returns Facility, it will be processed within 2-7 business days.
We recommend using a trackable service to send your returns to avoid lost packages.
Once your return is received and processed, a refund to the original payment method will be issued or store credit will be posted to your Equestrian Fashion Outfitters account. The shipping fee is not refundable.
If exchanging an item, please include a DETAILED note along with order Number, and first and last name. If exchanging an item, please indicate exactly which item you would like instead. If a note is not provided, you will be emailed by one of our associates and the exchange process will be put on hold until we receive a reply.
If an item is canceled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item, taxes, or shipping fees related to the item.
We reserve the right to refund you without notification if items sell out, or are out of stock. This can happen at any time before the order has been processed.
Semi Custom Boots
All Semi-Custom boots can only be returned for an exchange or store credit. You have 14 days from delivery/pick up to inform of us of any issues with the boots. Boots cannot be ridden in or have dirt on the sole.
You can also upgrade to a custom pair of boots if needed.
We cannot issue refunds due to shipping delays – unless longer than 6 months from purchase date.
There are NO REFUNDS on Semi-Custom Boots. Only exceptions will be for manufacturers’ defects – to the discretion of our Boot Specialists.
Custom Boots
All Custom boots are FINAL SALE. If for some reason a pair of boots do not fit to your liking, you have 14 days from delivery/pick up to inform of us of any issues with the boots. Boots cannot be ridden in or have dirt on the sole.
We cannot issue refunds due to shipping delays – unless longer than 6 months from purchase date.
We reserve the right to alter or adjust the boot for a more precise fit if needed. In the event the boots cannot be altered, we offer a one-time re-measure policy. This is to the discretion of our Petrie Boot Specialists.
There are NO REFUNDS on Petrie Custom Boots. Only exceptions will be for manufacturers’ defects – to the discretion of our Boot Specialists.
Cinderella Boots
All Cinderella boots can only be returned for an exchange or store credit. You can use the credit to purchase a custom or semi-custom pair of boots.
There are NO REFUNDS on Cinderella Boots.
